        Our PET Non-Woven Air Filter Media Roll is engineered from high-purity Polyethylene Terephthalate (PET) synthetic fibers using advanced non-woven forming technology. Designed specifically as high-performance primary filtration media, it combines excellent mechanical strength with a uniform fiber matrix to deliver stable airflow and reliable particulate capture in commercial and industrial HVAC systems. Available in various roll weights (100\text{g/m}^2 to 400\text{g/m}^2) and roll widths, it serves as the ideal converting material for panel filters, pleated filters, and air conditioning pre-filtration units.

       High Mechanical Strength & Converting Suitability Unlike standard synthetic mats, our PET non-woven media features superior tensile strength and tear resistance. It withstands mechanical stress during pleating, cutting, and frame assembly, making it the preferred raw material for air filter manufacturers and converters worldwide.

       Consistent Filtration Efficiency & Low Pressure DropThe carefully controlled fiber orientation creates a three-dimensional non-woven matrix that efficiently traps airborne contaminants, dust, and pollen. Its optimized air permeability ensures extremely low initial airflow resistance, reducing energy consumption in continuous ventilation systems.

       Moisture, Mold & Chemical ResistanceFormulated with 100% synthetic PET fibers, this non-woven media does not absorb moisture, preventing mold growth, bacterial buildup, and fiber degradation in humid environments. It exhibits strong resistance to weak acids, alkalis, and general industrial solvents.

      Flame Retardant & Temperature StableCompliant with international fire safety standards (DIN 53438 F1 / UL 900 Class 2), the media operates continuously at elevated temperatures up to 100^\circ\text{C} without shrinking, melting, or releasing harmful vapors.
