Product Overview

As one of Canaan's Group core products, Our Thermally Bonded Polyester Air Filter Media Roll is manufactured using 100% virgin synthetic fibers through a hot air thermal bonding process without any chemical binders. Featuring a progressive density structure, it offers high dust holding capacity, low airflow resistance, and excellent flame retardancy (DIN 53438 / UL 900).

Designed for HVAC pre-filtration, spray booth ceiling filters, and primary air conditioning units, our non-woven filter media rolls are available in various weight classes (100g/m² to 650g/m²) and customizable roll widths.

100% Thermal Bonded & Binder-Free Pure Synthetic Structure Manufactured through an advanced hot-air thermal bonding process, our polyester air filter media is 100% free from chemical binders, glues, and resin emulsions. This glue-free synthetic matrix eliminates toxic volatile organic compound (VOC) off-gassing and chemical fumes, making it exceptionally safe for sensitive ventilation environments. For spray booth ceiling filtration and automotive painting lines, this ensures zero silicone contamination, preventing paint defects, surface fisheyes, and coating flaws during operation.

Progressive Density Gradient for Superior Dust Holding Capacity Engineered with a progressive fiber density structure, the media transitions smoothly from a coarse, open weave on the air-inlet side to a dense, fine fiber layer on the air-outlet side. This 3D gradient design allows larger particulate matter to be trapped deep within the media body rather than blinding the surface prematurely. As a result, it achieves a significantly higher dust holding capacity (DHC) while maintaining a low initial airflow resistance, reducing energy consumption for HVAC blower systems and extending the operational service life of downstream filters.

Certified Flame Retardancy & Self-Extinguishing Safety Safety is paramount in commercial and industrial air filtration. Our thermally bonded PET filter media rolls are integrated with high-grade flame-retardant synthetic fibers that fully comply with international fire safety standards, including DIN 53438 Class F1 and UL 900 Class 2. In the event of exposure to intense heat or ignition sources, the material exhibits self-extinguishing properties without producing flaming droplets, effectively safeguarding ductwork, air handling units (AHUs), and spray booths against fire propagation.

High Thermal Stability & Moisture Resistance Built to perform under demanding industrial operating conditions, the 100% virgin polyester fiber composition exhibits outstanding physical stability and moisture resistance. The media retains its dimensional integrity and structural fluffiness even in high-humidity environments without collapsing or absorbing water. With continuous thermal stability up to 100°C, it provides consistent filtration efficiency and mechanical strength across varied climate conditions and heavy-duty industrial workloads
