Our Spray Booth Ceiling Polyester Filter Media Roll is specially engineered for final ceiling diffusion filtration in automotive spray booths, paint refinishing shops, and high-precision industrial coating lines. Manufactured from 100% virgin polyester (PET) fibers using advanced thermal bonding technology, this F5/M5 grade filter media acts as a critical diffusion barrier. It traps microscopic dust particles ( $>1\,\mu\text{m}$ ) while ensuring perfectly uniform, turbulence-free laminar airflow across the spray zone, preventing surface defects and cratering on painted finishes.

High-Efficiency F5/M5 Fine Filtration & Laminar Flow Specifically designed to meet stringent EN779 F5/M5 efficiency standards, our ceiling filter media delivers over 95% arrestance on fine atmospheric dust and overspray particles. By distributing incoming air evenly over the entire ceiling panel grid, it creates smooth downward laminar airflow, preventing air eddies and keeping paint application zones completely dust-free.

Progressive Density Matrix with Mesh Backing Featuring an engineered progressive density structure, the media transitions smoothly from open synthetic fibers on the air-inlet side to a dense, thermally fused micro-fiber network on the air-outlet side. Reinforced with a durable polyester scrim or mesh backing on the downstream side, it prevents fiber migration into the spray zone and withstands high airflow velocity without sagging or structural deformation.

Silicone-Free & Anti-Shedding Finish Assurance Engineered specifically for the automotive finishing industry, our ceiling filter media is 100% silicone-free and solvent-free. It eliminates cratering, fisheyes, and adhesion failures caused by chemical contamination. Available with full-depth adhesive impregnation (tacky treatment), the sticky coating traps fine dust particles deep within the media web to prevent them from loosening due to vibration or airflow pulses.

High Thermal & Moisture Resistance Constructed from 100% hydrophobic PET synthetic fibers, the ceiling media resists moisture absorption and mold growth. It operates reliably under elevated baking temperatures up to $100^\circ\text{C}$ , maintaining dimensional stability and flame retardancy in compliance with DIN 53438 F1 standards.
