         Our G4 Synthetic Filter Media Roll is engineered to deliver high-performance primary filtration for demanding HVAC systems, industrial paint spray booths, and specialized ventilation equipment. Manufactured from 100% virgin Polyethylene Terephthalate (PET) synthetic fibers using an eco-friendly hot-air thermal bonding process, this G4-grade filter media achieves an average dust arrestance exceeding 90% under EN779 standards. Completely binder-free and non-toxic, it combines high particulate holding capacity with low airflow resistance, providing a reliable protective barrier for expensive secondary and HEPA filter units.

        High Efficiency G4 Arrestance & Particle Capture Formulated specifically to meet strict EN779 G4 requirements, this synthetic roll captures fine airborne dust, pollen, soot, and paint mist larger than 5 microns. By trapping heavy particulate loads at the primary stage, it prevents surface blinding in downstream medium and high-efficiency filters, reducing overall maintenance costs and optimizing system energy performance.

        Engineered Progressive Density Matrix The media features a precision multi-layer gradient structure—coarse, open fibers on the air-inlet side transitioning smoothly into an ultra-dense synthetic fiber layer on the air-outlet side. This 3D depth-loading matrix allows dust particles to be distributed evenly throughout the thickness of the media rather than clogging the surface, delivering maximum dust holding capacity (DHC) while maintaining a low initial pressure drop (30-40Pa).

       100% Hot-Air Bonded & Fire Safe Utilizing pure thermal fusion without chemical glues, resins, or solvents, our G4 synthetic rolls guarantee zero toxic volatile organic compound (VOC) off-gassing or unpleasant odors during operation. Impregnated with inherent flame-retardant synthetic fibers, the material satisfies international fire safety standards including DIN 53438 Class F1 and UL 900 Class 2, exhibiting self-extinguishing safety under elevated thermal conditions.

       Moisture Resistant & Dimensional Stability Constructed from 100% hydrophobic PET fibers, the non-woven matrix does not absorb water or support mold, fungus, or bacterial growth. It maintains its structural loftiness, flexibility, and filtration integrity in humid ambient air and under continuous thermal loads up to 100℃
